OYO STATE MIN OF HEALTH IN COLLABORATION WITH OYENIKE OYEKAN FOUNDATION AND OTHER PARTNERS FOR OYO STATE COALITION AGAINST CANCER PROGRAM
The Oyo State Coalition Against Cancer is a collaborative initiative established to promote cancer awareness, support prevention and early detection efforts, and contribute to reducing the burden of cancer in Oyo State. The coalition comprises Oyenike Oyekan Foundation and other non-governmental organizations working alongside relevant government institutions and healthcare stakeholders to advance cancer prevention and control. The program held on 15 October 2026 at Oba Akinbiyi Model College, Mokola, Ibadan, was organized in collaboration with the Oyo State Ministry of Health and participating non-governmental organizations. The program brought together government health officials, healthcare professionals, representatives of cancer-focused organizations, school administrators, and students from participating secondary schools.
